The task for this group project was to research, understand, design and draw the construction of a large mixed-use building for a chosen site in Aoteroa. The eight-story mixed use building comprising of one underground carpark, ground floor retail, three levels of office space and four levels of apartment space. A core located on the central western edge that is made up of reinforced concrete shear walls allows for central vertical circulation throughout the structure.
