This proposal exhibits a utopian vision of what New Zealand is recognised for, merging its heritages, landscapes and creative capacity. The natural museum has been re-designed to be architecturally restorative of New Zealand's national identity, through analysing the narrative of Matariki. We are the land defined by the Alps and the Sea. As visitors explore the museum, they embark on a journey that transcends time and space, ultimately leaving them with a sense of awe and appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things in the universe.

Te Papa Tongarewa in Wellington is more than just a museum; it is a living testament to the rich tapestry of New Zealand's culture and natural beauty. Through its thoughtful architectural narrative, Te Papa invites visitors to contemplate the celestial coordinates of stars, their own position within the building, and the Earth's axial tilt, forging a profound connection between the land, sea and sky.
The structural integrity has been completed through forming a technically sound and architecturally suitable structure that maintains its internal and external architectural form and layout by presenting a Structural Steel system for gravity and lateral loads using additional Cross-Braced Framing and Moment Framing in each orthogonal direction of separated structural models that are comprised of the Te Papa Design.
